Erik Arnesen grew up in central NJ, and played 4 years of baseball at Grove City College in Grove City, PA. He was taken in the 17th round of the 2006 draft by the Washington Nationals, and played in the organization for 7 seasons, including about 200 innings pitched for their AAA team. He was a 2011 Eastern League All Star, and is now a free agent. Giving private and group lessons at Zoned Sports Academy, Bridgewater.
